Evaluation and Imaging of the Patellofemoral Joint

Patellofemoral pain syndrome is an enigmatic entity, with multiple causes resulting in diverse presentations requiring variable treatments. This article presents a systematic and comprehensive exam strategy and highlights the relevant radiologic findings.
